Before becoming a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets, Rob spent nearly a decade in operating roles across technology, FP&A, corporate development, and M&A. Early on, he built a proprietary vulnerability-assessment platform for the AS/400 ecosystem — so building real software to solve a real problem is not a pivot for him. It’s the pattern.
